Damage or shared costs? Deducted from the deposit.
Kotmaster puts damage and shared costs on the contract's final settlement and offsets them against the deposit. You see right away what the tenant still owes or what you pay back. Here is how in 3 steps.
- Open the contract's Settlement, tap Add cost and enter the damage with Tenant pays.
- Next to the Deposit, choose Settle against the final settlement. The deposit becomes a minus line on the settlement.
- Tap Finalise. You see To be paid by tenant or To be refunded to tenant right away.
